Our operations team members are vital to managing and maintaining the daily activities needed to keep home office and our centers running smoothly. No matter your skill set, there are various roles within the operations team where you can contribute to transforming healthcare. 

Roles at ChenMed

Center Director
The center director role is an integral part of our company. These individuals are the eyes, ears, and leaders of the center. They oversee all daily center activities, including managing center staff, overseeing the center’s annual P/L statement, managing the building maintenance, and ensuring patients’ needs are met during their visits.
Center Operations Manager
The center operations manager is the right hand of the center director. They work in tandem with the center director and staff daily, ensuring the center complies with various benchmarks set forth by home office. This role is the next in command if the center director is absent.
Facilities Maintenance Engineer
The facilities maintenance engineer oversees all maintenance aspects of the medical center. The role is the main point of contact for all maintenance, repair, and construction items related to the medical center. This role works closely with the center manager, center operations manager, and other center staff to ensure all aspects of the medical center are functioning properly.
