Clinical Leadership Pathways
Through our comprehensive training and mentorship programs, we support your professional and personal growth throughout your ChenMed career. Our Clinical Leadership Pathways Program creates clinical leaders. You can become a clinical expert and/or a people leader, from Partner to Regional or Divisional Chief Medical Officer.

Our value-based model drives better patient outcomes, and we have developed multiple leadership tracks to help our providers refine and further their leadership skills. We offer resident stipends, career growth and mentorship, J-1 Visa Waivers, and H-1B Visas (for eligible candidates).
This 2-year program allows Medical Directors of Transformation to gain the skills to be influential clinical leaders. The Fellowship in Transformative Care combines didactic and experiential training, such as a structured, formalized educational program, educational seminars, professional coaching, national assignments, programmatic work, and leadership networking.
