At ChenMed, the Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) is responsible for generating sales leads and patient membership by nurturing productive relationships with senior citizens, key local community partners, and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients in ChenMed.

Save Lives Through Better Healthcare Serving as the critical link between a ChenMed center and patients, MGCs will build repertoire amongst physicians and care team members at their respective centers, but even more respectably within the community by demonstrating a willingness and commitment to saving the lives of seniors through better healthcare. As an MGC, you are the first point of contact for many senior patients, and your impact will remain with those patients forever. It has been reviewed as one of the most rewarding roles within ChenMed because you can directly impact the lives of seniors while simultaneously developing your skillset and growing your career.

MGC Success Plan

In addition, the Membership Growth Consultant role is the first of three separate tiers as part of the overall MGC Success Plan and growth career path at ChenMed. As an MGC advances and grows both their career and the number of patients' lives they can save through sign-up, we reward them for production and tenure through promotion, variable compensation, and bonuses.
